Living room with 2 sofas (one of which can be converted into a 140 cm bed) and a 45-inch smart TV.
1 bathroom with a shower and toilet. 

Upstairs:
1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm) and bunk beds.
1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm).
Bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine. 

Enclosed courtyard measuring 140 m² (shared with another apartment), equipped with outdoor furniture and sun loungers. 

Ski storage room with a professional ski shoe dryer. 

Bed sheets available upon request for €15 per pair. Bath towel for €6, hand towel for €5, and pillowcase for €4. Kitchen towels and basic cleaning products are provided. 

Optional cleaning service by a professional company before departure: €65. 

Pets (dogs and cats) are allowed with a supplement of €20 per week per animal (spa guests please consult with us). 

A refundable deposit of €240 will be required upon arrival and refunded on the day of departure following the inventory with the owner. 

During the winter season, the electric heating is limited to 21°C during school holidays and 20°C outside of holidays. 

All charges are included in the rental amount, except for the tourist tax . 

We live in Cauterets and personally welcome you on the day of your arrival. There are no key delivery fees. In case of exceptional absence, a key box is available for your convenience.
